Visit us by video and choose your wood flooring from the comfort of home

If you would like to visit a Broadleaf showroom, but due to Covid restrictions or other reasons you are are unable to, we easily arrange a virtual showroom visit so that you can get as close to the experience as possible.

It might not be quite the same as a visit in person, but it does mean that you can see the choice of floors for yourself and talk through the different options with one of our expert team. It also means that you walk us through where you are looking to put the floor if you want. For professionals we can also offer virtual consultations with our commercial team.

We can do a virtual showroom visit using Skype, FaceTime or Zoom. If you are familiar with one of these platforms and would like to use one to visit us, just email sales@broadleaftimber.com, or call us on 01269 851 910 and we will arrange a mutually convenient time to do this.

If you are not, let us explain a little further:

To visit us by video you will need a mobile phone, tablet, or computer capable of making a video call (with a camera, speaker and microphone) that is connected to the internet.

If you have an Apple device, we can connect with you by video through FaceTime, Skype or Zoom.

If you have an android device, or a PC, we can chat with you via Skype or Zoom. Skype does not require any installation on your part, we can simply send you an invite so that you can connect to the call via the Skype website. To use Zoom you will need to install the app but you do not need an account or login as we can send you an invite. 

Once we have arrange a mutually convenient time to chat, either by phone or email as you prefer, we will contact you via your preferred method and we can chat and show you the showroom displays just as we would if you were visiting in person.

We can show you samples, look at different colour options, offer design advice, and answer your wood flooring questions with the same personal attention, care and expertise. 

Following the video chat, we can arrange to send you samples of your favourite flooring options, put together quotations, and process orders as required.

If you would like to fit your own floor, we can talk you through the process from start to finish, provide simple instructions and friendly, expert support at the end of the phone.
