Before you start you will need your invoice number, the correct billing address for your payment card and the 3D secure information set up with your bank.

When you have entered and confirmed your card details you will be taken to your bank’s authorisation screen. After authorisation you will need to click continue to return to the payment processing screen. Once payment is complete a confirmation reference will be generated that will also be emailed to you.

Please note that if your house has a name rather than a number some banks won’t provide the address match required to pass fraud checks and complete payment. If your payment fails we advise that you contact your bank to resolve any issues before trying again. Please note that if your bank has reserved funds against failed payments we cannot claim these.
