Oak Steps and Stairs
Our beautiful solid oak treads and risers are a simple way to create impressive oak steps and stairs. Designed to be fitted to existing softwood, plywood or concrete steps they are made to measure and can be supplied unfinished or with one of our fabulous floor finishes as you prefer.
As well as classic rectangluar treads, we can also make kite wind treads and treads to fit curved staircases to template. All options can be made with a choice of a bullnosed or chamfered profile and ordered separately or with risers to create steps.
If you need sizes larger than those below, please let us know as we can normally accommodate these without a problem but they may incur a supplement.
Treads and risers can be finished to. tone with any of our beautiful wood floor finishes. To finish our oak steps in situ we recommend Broadleaf Hardwax Oil. Natural looking, hard wearing and easy to apply, it is also available in a choice of pretty, timeless shades.
