Dark Textured Vintage Oak Parquet Flooring
Dark in tone, but light in feel, a distressed oak parquet floor in attractive inky tones. Worn edges give it an instant years old feel and a soft surface texture enhances the grain and adds a touch of rusticity. Textured parquet flooring has timeless appeal and somehow looks like it has always been part of the architecture.
Dark Textured Vintage Parquet is made from the finest solid European Oak in our Cottage grade, which features warm colour variation and both larger and smaller knots. It can be fitted in herringbone or a number of other traditional patterns, and we can make border planks to match if required.
Dark Textured Vintage Oak blocks are supplied semi finished and will need to to be topcoated after installation with our durable, Classic Hardwax Oil. They can also be ordered fully finished for a small supplement if preferred. With no need for sanding they are much easier and less expensive to fit than traditional parquet blocks.
