Broadleaf Ultra Dry Moisture Barrier

If you are fitting a wood floor onto a concrete subfloor that is a little above the recommended moisture level for installation, or you have any concerns about the moisture barrier beneath it, Broadleaf Ultra Dry is the perfect solution. 

It is a two part, solvent free, water based epoxy coating, specifically engineered to reduce moisture vapour transmission from between 4% - 6% to industry acceptable levels for the installation of wood flooring.

It can also be used to seal a concrete subfloor against dust and porosity, and as an encpasulator over vinyl asbestos tile or bitumen residue.

As well as being easy to apply, Broadleaf Ultra Dry has a rapid temperature cure, is underfloor heating compatible, and has excellent coverage (26 - 31m2).

Apply in line with manufacturers guidelines on the tub.
