Apsley Oak Flooring
Inspired by soap scrubbed boards of old, Broadleaf Apsley Oak flooring is a silvery rose grey oak floor with a slightly lighter, milky grain and a pretty matt satin finish. Pale and subtle with a rich texture and a slightly rustic feel this is the perfect oak floor to set off classic modern interiors and create a look that will stand the test of time.
As part of the Old House collection these boards feature authentic saw marks across their face, softened by a gentle texture and patina that picks out the grain in the same way as years of wear.
Apsley is available as either a traditional solid oak floor or a Strata engineered oak floor in a choice of widths and generous lengths - see the table below for dimensions and details. Both options are made from carefully selected, European Oak and machined to the highest standards. Strata is our award winning, all oak construction which combines the benefits of an engineered construction with a the kudos and quality of a solid oak board.
Apsley Oak flooring is made on our Cottage Oak grade and features larger and smaller knots as well as natural colour variation to create a gently rustic style. It is fully finished with durable, natural matt satin hardwax oil and is ready to walk on the day that it is laid.
