Painswick Oak Vintage Parquet Flooring

FROM: £93.29 m2

A little paler than bare wood but not quite white, the delicate tone of our Painswick Vintage Oak Parquet flooring is naturally pretty and calming.

Combined with a soft texture it enhances the natural character and colour variation of the Elegance Oak beneath and accentuates its attractive grain patterns giving it a gently rustic style ideal for comfortable, classic modern interiors. Authentically worn edges make it look as though it has long been part of the architecture and create an informally elegant floor that is versatile and timeless, perfect for period rooms or to add character to newer interiors.

Painswick Vintage Parquet is made from solid Elegance grade Oak and has softly worn edges, a gently distressed patina and a slightly textured aged surface. It is beautifully machined, perfectly proportioned and is available in 2 classic sizes that can be used to create herringbone and many other traditional parquet designs.

Elegance grade Oak features smaller knots and warm natural colour variation.

Painswick Vintage Oak Parquet requires no sanding and is fully finished with our high performance, solvent free Hardwax Oil, which gives is a  luxurious satin matt finish that is practical and easy to maintain.

Vintage Parquet floors are much easier and less expensive to fit than traditional parquet blocks, and can be easily cared for using our Wood Floor Cleaner and Wood Floor Wax.
