A perennial favourite, truly reminiscent of famous old parquet floors and at home almost anywhere, the warm golden tones of our Classic Vintage Oak Parquet Blocks are supremely adaptable and ultimately authentic. With no need for sanding they are much easier and less expensive to fit than traditional parquet blocks. They create a more informal look and feel with their gently distressed finish that blends seemlessly into period properties of all styles and creates an immediate sense of place in more modern spaces. Classic Vintage Oak Parquet Blocks can be laid in any of the traditional parquet designs such as Herringbone, basketweave or simple brickwork.

Our Classic Vintage Oak Parquet blocks are supplied undercoated. Once fitted they should be finished with 2 coats of our quick drying, hardwearing, Classic Broadleaf Hardwax Oil.
