Our Ipe flooring is supplied to be sealed in situ - we would recommend our Classic Hardwax Oil which is easy to apply, quick drying and hardwearing. Alternatively for minimum disruption at installation stage it can be ordered pre-sealed with our hardwearing, solvent free 'Natural' hardwax oil finish so that it is ready to walk on the day it is laid.
