Delivery

Door to Door Service

Here at Broadleaf we offer a 'to the door' delivery service which includes unloading into ground floor rooms. The only exception to this is our external doors and worktops which our drivers will require assistance to unload due to their weight.

Carrier Service

For smaller, less fragile items or for next day requirements we also offer carrier delivery.

Delivery Costs

Our delivery tariffs depend on location and volume but can be quickly quoted by our staff and are normally considered very reasonable.

Delivery Times

Deliveries are normally made between 8.00am and 7.00pm. If you have particular requirements (such as a delivery outside school run hours) we will do our best to accommodate them as long as you notify us when arranging your delivery. Approximate estimated delivery times are available from our head office on the day of delivery from 8.30am and we can have our drivers call you when they are approximately 1 hour away as long as you request this when you arrange your delivery and provide a contact number with an answerphone.

What if I need to change my delivery date ?

Preliminary delivery dates are normally arranged when you order, and we recommend this if possible. Delivery dates are then confirmed once the products you have ordered are ready for despatch and full payment has been received. Once a delivery date has been confirmed, you can amend it without charge up to the working day before.

What if I don't live on the ground floor ?

Unloading up or down steps, or to another floor, can normally be arranged at an additional charge but must be booked with your invoicing showroom in advance

h3. What if I can't provide assistance to unload external doors and worktops ?

This is not a problem as long as you notify us when you order. We can arrange additional manpower for a supplement.

What if there is a problem with my delivery ?

Each delivery is carefully checked before it leaves our warehouse. We have an excellent record of delivering undamaged product and not forgetting anything of which we are very proud. However, if you do identify any damage or discrepancy when you receive your delivery please mark this clearly on the delivery note and contact your invoicing showroom to notify them within 2 working days.

What if I live in the back of beyond ?

All of our delivery vehicles are equipped with satellite navigation and as we use transit vans rather than larger lorries we can normally access most properties. If you feel your property is difficult to find though, or you are aware of any restricted access, please make your invoicing showroom aware of this when you place your order.
