Pre-finished boards require no sanding or finishing and can be walked on the day that they are fitted. They offer an ideal DIY product as well as the perfect solution if you are looking for a solid wood floor with minimum fuss and disruption.


Pre-oiled Oak - a beautiful European Oak floor with a spectrum of golden tones, small knots & colour variation available in a choice of 90mm or 110mm boards and finished with a natural, satin matt oil for a classic feel.

Pre-lacquered Oak - a light European Oak floor with small knots and warm, natural colour variation finished with a durable, low maintenance high gloss finish for a hint of glamour in a 90mm board.


Pre-lacquered Maple - a pretty pale cream floor flashed with warmer honeyed hues, hints of  pink & sultry grey streaks as well as occasional tiny knots.

Maple boards are 83mm wide and finished with a durable, low maintenance gloss lacquer for a touch of decadence.


Loft Oak - a warm French Oak European Oak floor in a mix of widths with rich figuring in the grain and smaller knots for a more natural feel. Perfect for an up to the minute look in bigger spaces.

Loft Oak is pre-finished with Broadleaf Hardwax Oil and can be prepared for use over under-floor heating.

Fitting

All of the pre-finished contemporary floors above can be secret nail fixed to battens or a timber subfloor or fitted direct to a level concrete sub-floor using suitable adhesive They are not recommended for use over under-floor heating except as noted.

A final coat of suitable finish can be added to pre-finished boards in situ if extra protection is required (recommended for commercial use).
