Broadleaf External Doors are made to measure in our workshops using traditional techniques and carefully selected timber. They are classically proportioned, lovingly constructed and are of the highest quality. All designs are available in Oak, and some can also be made from sustainably sourced hardwood primed for painting.
The construction of each door is designed to ensure that it remains stable, weatherproof and solid but this also depends on the door (and frame where appropriate) being accurately measured, sealed with a suitable finishing product inside and out after fitting (see technical info for our recommendations) and fitted with a weather bar.
All designs can be supplied with or without frame, but if you are intending to use an existing frame, this must be stable and suitably robust.
Doors and frames are normally supplied separately but can be pre-hung if required. (For details see techical info)
Prices cover any size up to 900mm x 2000mm (door only) or 1000mm x 2100mm (door & frame). Sizes exceeding these dimensions are not a problem (construction permitting) but will incur a supplement. Doors will be approx 44mm thick unless otherwise specified.
In addition to the range of classic designs featured below, we can also undertake 'one off' commissions if you need an existing door matched or if you have a design of your own in mind. |
