Solid Oak Handrail is tactile, attrative and classic in style.
Broadleaf offer a range of 3 profiles which can be supplied to suit to form balustrade with a choice of spindle sizes (see below) or to be wall mounted according to your requirements.
It is sold by linear metre with a maximum single length available of 4.5m (See note on delivery below).
Handrail is supplied without fixings and will require a final sand and sealing after fitting. We recommend finishing with Osmo Polyx Oil for a durable finish that will not flake and will allow the timber to patina with use.

Solid Oak Carriage is available to fit onto the string of a staircase or onto a landing.
It can be supplied to fit any of the standard Broadleaf spindle sizes (see below) and in lengths up to 4.5m. (See note on delivery below). Landing carriage should normally be fixed onto a length of bullnose fitted above the trimmer.
Carriage is not supplied with spacers. Broadleaf do supply spacer strip to fit their carriage, but this needs to be ordered as a separate item.

Solid Oak Spindles are available in a choice of 3 sizes - 20mm, 24mm or 30mm. They are supplied 1000mm long to be cut to length in situ.

Solid Oak Newel Posts are 90mm x 90mm and can be supplied in any length up to 4m. (See note on delivery below). Half Newels (45mm x 90mm are also available).

Solid Oak Ballcaps are approximately 90mm in diameter and are designed to complement the Broadleaf Oak Newel Posts. |

Solid Oak Treads & Risers are designed to clad existing timber or concrete stairs and can be used alone or in combination with other items in our stair component range. Treads are 250mm x 1000mm x 23mm and have a rebate to take the riser. Risers are 200mm x 1000mm x 16mm and have a locating tongue.

Delivery - We recommend that handrail is delivered by our own transport rather than commerical carrier. Should you choose to request carrier delivery, this is at your own risk and will require maximum lengths to be 2m.
