Despite their inherent durability, and regardless of finish, all wooden floors will need a little 'TLC' in order to maintain and develop their beauty. For most floors, this will mean a weekly clean and a periodic ' polish'. How periodic will depend upon traffic, how much of a patina you wish the floor to have, and how much time you have, but we would recommend at least once a quarter in order to maximise the life of the floor finish. 		Maintenance Products for Soft Finishes
			OS Wash & Care is a mop additive which is diluted with water for cleaning wax / waxoil finished floors. It is based on vegetable oils it does not strip floor finishes like some non-specialist products. When mopping wooden floors, ensure that your mop is well wrung out.
			The OS Maintenance Kit includes Wash & Care as above, plus OS Liquid Wax Spray,Polishing Pad & Buffing Cloths for dealing with repairs such as heavy wear areas, stains and scratches. An instruction leaflet with advice on how to deal with such repairs is also included.
			Carls Oil Cleaner is a mop additive designed to be diluted with water and applied to oil finished floors. It not only cleans, but contains a small amount of maintenance oil which also 'feeds' the floor finish. Carls Oil Cleaner is available in 1l and 5l sizes.
		Maintenance Products for Hard Finishes
			Bonakemi Parkett Cleaner is a mop additive which is diluted with water for use on lacquer finished floors. A more intensive solution can be made up for very dirty areas. Parkett Cleaner is available in 1l and 5l sizes.
			Bonakemi Freshen Up revives a scratched and dull surface on a lacquered floor and offers continued protection against wear. It is ready to use without dilution, and does not require buffing. Freshen Up is available in 1l and 5l sizes. .
