This map and the following directions are for Broadleaf Timber - Unit 11, Llandeilo Rd Industrial Estate, Llandybie, SA!8 3JG.

From the end of the M4, you need go straight over the roundabout onto the A48 towards Carmarthen and follow this to the next roundabout (Crosshands). Take the third (right hand) exit towards Llandeilo.

After about 1/2 mile, just after the traffic lights, take the right hand turn in front of the Phoenix Tavern towards Pen-y-groes and Llandybie. Follow this road until you come to Llandybie. (approx 3 miles).

You will arrive at the crossroads in the centre of Llandybie, and see the Golden Grove pub in front of you. Turn left and drive out of the village down the hill. After about 250m you will see Llandeilo Rd Industrial estate on your right and once you turn in Broadleaf is the first building on the left.

From the end of the A40, go over the roundabout through Llandeilo town and follow this road for about 4 miles. You will go around a sharp 'S' bend and cross the railway line. Llandeilo Rd Industrial Estate is about 100m after this on the left hand side.
